neolexon Artikulationsstörung is an innovative app developed by Limedix GmbH specifically designed for children with articulation disorders. This app provides a motivating self-training tool that can be used at home or in therapy sessions to complement regular speech therapy. As a registered medical device, it adheres to all data protection guidelines.
With neolexon, the therapist can customize the sounds and sound combinations to be practiced based on the child's individual needs. The app offers a comprehensive selection of around 860 child-friendly words and over 1,500 pseudowords, covering the complete inventory of sounds.
The app features five modules that focus on auditory identification of sounds, their positions in words, and production of sounds in different word positions (initial, medial, and final) as well as on sentence and text levels. The child's recorded words and stories are stored in an adventure book within the app, allowing the therapist to review and provide feedback in the next therapy session.
